Tiger Woods’ Sun Day Red has today dropped a new Carolina Collection ahead of golf’s second major of the season at the PGA Championship.
Although Woods isn’t teeing it up at Quail Hollow Club, his clothing brand will be represented at the PGA by new staff ambassador and rising PGA Tour star Karl Vilips, 23, who recently picked up his first title on the circuit at the Puerto Rico Open.
Vilips recently revealed to GolfMagic what Woods said to him via text after he won his first PGA Tour title.

Sun Day Red’s new Carolina Collection has been engineered with Woods’ championship experience as a 15-time major winner, and the new line has been built for the shifting conditions of spring.
Woods, 49, has won the PGA Championship four times (1999, 2000, 2006 and 2007).
Vilips, who joined Woods’ Sun Day Red brand earlier this season, will be scripted in some key pieces from the new Carolina Collection when he makes his PGA debut at Quail Hollow Club in Charlotte.
The 2005 PGA Championship will mark the Australian’s second career major start having missed the cut at the 2024 U.S. Open.
Woods, who established Sun Day Red in February 2024 after 27 successful years representing Nike, is currently recovering from surgery to repair a ruptured Achilles tendon.
The golf legend is expected to be out of competitive action until early 2026.
By then he will have turned 50 and be eligible to compete on the PGA Tour Champions.
The Carolina Collection by Sun Day Red and Tiger Woods is available on the company’s website now.
Polo shirts are available from $115, with trousers from $165.
