It seems all is well and the situation has been sorted out, as said by Oleksandr Usyk himself. The mild-mannered Ukrainian posted an Instagram story not long after the video surfaced, addressing the incident. However, he didn’t provide any specific detail on what happened and what caused it, as it’s a police matter.
“Dear Friends. A misunderstanding took place. It was quickly resolved. Thanks to all who got concerned. Thanks to Ukranian diplomats for the efficient support. And respect to Polish Police for conducting their obligations with no regards to height, weight, reach, and regalia. Thanks God for everything.”
